Voyce in Hawse

[She requested a voice in the council, as well as two votes in its proceedings, one as an independent landowner and the other as Lord Baltimore’s attorney.]
I request to have voyce in howse for myself and voyce also for thatt att the last Court 3rd January . . .
[The next day the Council refused her request.]
