Dana Rubin is a consultant, speaker, and writer whose focus is women’s speech, voice, and thought leadership. Her consultancy is and her woman’s initiative The Mouthy Woman.

She helps women become recognized experts, brand ambassadors and rainmakers. She helps companies attract, retain and promote gender diverse leadership byshowcasing the ideas and insights of their female talent. She’s worked with women at all career levels in the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors and written speeches for high-profile women in corporate and public life.

She’s also a judge for the annual Cicero Speechwriting Awards, which recognize outstanding contemporary speeches and speechwriters.

Earlier in her career she was an award-winning journalist who wrote for Texas Monthly, Readers Digest, Institutional Investor, The Independent on Sunday, and many other publications.

Dana earned degrees with honors from Yale and the University of Texas. In 2004 she founded the Leadership Communications Roundtable. For fun, she judges high school debate tournaments.



Christina Baulch is completing a Master’s degree in English Literature at Hunter College. She’s also a tutor at Hunter’s Rockowitz Writing Center. She graduated summa cum laude from Purchase College.
